We have the"Summer Buzz Shop Hop"  the 2nd week in June.
We also have a few great classes scheduled for June:
           * Learn to crochet around our hemstitched blankets

           * Learn to make a T-shirt quilt from that great collection

                    of t-shirts.

           * Learn some basics in sewing and using a pattern: make

                    a skirt

The month of July gives you an opportunity to enroll your 9-13 year old in our Kid's Sewing Camp. Ellisimo Retreat

June 1st, 2012.  What a wonderful day we had! 

15 ladies, 15 Ellisimos, 15 completed bags (well, almost completed). Hours of learning, sewing, laughter, sewing, eating, sewing, comradery, sewing. What better way to spend a day!

It was a great class to learn some of the many things the Babylock Ellisimo sewing machine can do to help us be creative.  Hard to believe a sewing machine can help us so much.

Next Ellisimo Retreat is August 3rd. Keep an eye on our blog for further details.

Eileen Roche & Marie Zinno, true sisters,

were our guests April 27th & 28th.

It was great having them share so many of their skills and hints to help us out with our machine embroidery.

A big thank you to everyone! It wouldn't have been as big of a success without you. Everyone was awesome!  Thank you to Marie and Eileen for a great show and fun projects. Your instructions were great.  We learned a lot.  Thank you to everyone who participated.  Your enthusiasm and teamwork couldn't be beat. What an awesome event.

Fantastic ADORNit Day!

 We welcomed the ADORNit Girls to our store April 21st.  They were so much fun!  ADORNit is a small company started and run by a mother and her daughters. (L to R) Georgana Hall, Carolee McMullin (founder), Alison Lindhardt.

ADORNit designed a bag just for our event.  Wow did we feel special. Carolee is showing the bag.  Kits and patterns were available.


We still have some great ADORNit fabric available for purchase.  Come on in and see how awesome it is! Those ADORNit gals are soooo talented.

 Our customers were intently listening to the story of how ADORNit came to be. Carolee and her girls gave us a lot to think about: follow your dreams, anything is possible.
