Skirting the Issue

With Liz and Elizabeth from Simple Simon & Co

We are excited to host this great event for "Simple Simon & Co."

This is an annual event, making skirts for foster girls so they can have new clothes made with love.

We will be sewing from 4-7:00 pm at the Provo Cotton Shop.  Just bring your machine (sewing machine or serger) and basic sewing supplies.  If you have fabric to donate that would be fantastic, if not we will have some there for you to sew up.  There will also be some skirts already cut out, ready to be made to make it quicker and easier to get as many made as we can. 

We will have fun, food, prizes and friendship. It will be an exciting time.

Ellisimo Retreat

Saturday, June 14th

We had a great day at the Ellisimo Retreat.

So much fun with the Ellisimo Sewing/Embroidery machine and the OnScreen Designer.

Our finished projects: an Iron Caddy and a portable Design Wall but more important were the friendships and smiles that were made.

Our table topper reminded us of a Ferris Wheel, 

thus our theme became a carnival: popcorn, drawings, games, selfie booth, and of course the free table topper pattern.  Oh, wait a minute, we had 4 free table topper patterns!!!

Long Arm Quilting Club

Class: Quilting Series

 Quilt Series is a series of 4 classes, allowing you the opportunity to grow in your quilting skills and knowledge. 

 Imagine learning to make these nine blocks; learning strip piecing, half square triangles, quarter square triangles and flying geese. Imagine learning the basic skills for the fun things in the quilting world.

Imagine combining those blocks into a fun, exciting quilt. Don't IMAGINE it anymore, it can be a reality and we will show you how.

Join our Quilting Series classes. Our series is a 4 week program, choose June 5th, 12th, 19th, & 26th or July 10th, 17th, 31st & August 7th. The classes are from 10:00-1:00.

Only $100 for all 4 classes plus the purchase of a kit.  

This class will give you the skills to enjoy the quilting world!
